Salesforce Administrator/Developer NYC
Responsibilities
Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements and compliance requirements
Design, develop and deploy solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet company goals and requirements
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, user permissions.
Train users on all functionality, including 3rd party applications
Manage validation rules, workflow rules, visual flows, custom objects etc.
Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across functions on requirements
Use Apex and Visualforce to create unique customer-based solution
Qualifications
5+ years of Salesforce administration and complex customization experience
Experience as a Salesforce administrator/developer, preferably in a financial services organization.
Salesforce Administration and/or Developer (I and/or II) certifications preferred
Experience working on CRM projects
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Excellent communications skills – able to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong analytical skills
Methodical and collaborative approach to problem-solving
