We are seeking a Deployment Specialist to join the Account Management Team in New York City. As a Deployment Specialist you will be responsible for the expedited launches of small accounts. The successful Deployment Specialist not only manages the implementation period, he/she develops relationships and identifies opportunities to expand our footprint within our customers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the 90-120 day launch period of clients that qualify as a small account
- Execute contract obligations to meet the timelines and requirements for a launch
- Understand the sales process in order to have a full understanding of a sold project prior to the kickoff meeting
- Ability to adjust strategies when an issue arises during the implementation period.
- Use analytical skills to understand our clients’ changing business and technology issues and needs
- Identify and develop multi-level relationships with key decision makers and decision influencers to ensure retention and relationship stability
- Liaise between client, internal departments and partners to provide clear and accurate program guidance for customers
- Grow customer book of business to target vs. prior year
- Execute client-wide webinars to communicate new client training as well as product enhancements on a regular basis
- Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Reports to the Director of Account Management
Requirements
- Experience in project management required
- Outstanding ability to clearly and tactfully articulate problems and resolutions
- Highly organized project management skills
- The ability to work independently when needed – as well as collaborate cross-functionally
- Top-notch presentation skills, and the ability to educate clients on operational best practices to increase program performance
- Demonstrate creativity and ability to provide feedback on internal processes and best practices to continually improve the customer experience
- Bachelors Degree
